Pros

A great team of coworkers, non stressful, weekly pay, became well versed in multiple retail related jobs since you work pretty much everywhere working here, the company is growing rather well, so there's job security there.

Cons

Very minimal room for growth individually; worked there for years and stayed part-time, hours are terrible; I was lucky to get 10+ hours a week and averaged 6; for the work done, the pay is minimal, training and choosing of new hires needs improvement; 3 or 5 hour shifts; a complete waste of time, especially the five hour where you still need to take a lunch.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
