It's very easy to move up along the job titles , as long as you work yourself to your max , without a very serious view an very high work ethic , you will remain at the associate level .
Cons
You are faced to force many difficult tasks each day , including lifting very heavy and expensive items, the whole entire job is nonstop and somewhat overwhelming & pay is just not enough.
