Pros
The pay is great even for temporary associates. Most people are helpful and friendly.
Cons
The shift rotation, management treatment of temp associates verses HMA associates is obvious being that Temps are treated poorly, the announcement of overtime often comes late into your shift, training for new associates is poor.
