      great place to learn basics, not too much politics, stable policies

      Cons

      very conservative towards change, painfully slow personal growth, at the time compensation was far behind industry standard

      Pros

      Company is stable and room for growth if you stay long enough. Good retirement ie 401k and healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes longer hours depending on team and evening meetings with Japan. Compensation is lower generally than industry average.
