Nothing. Before can say bonus but now after pandemic that also was gone
Cons
A lot. Terrible management with unclear direction. Most projects is bottom up analysis with too many slide preparation and reporting. Very process oriented compared to result oriented. Need to deals with orthodox thinking people at Melaka that doesn't want to change. Company is already 20 years in Malaysia, but still haven't implement KPI based PMS due to reluctance of manufacturing people.
