good benefits overtime for salary personnel not an overly stressful job uniforms, hey who doesn't like the whites job security
Cons
no room for career advancement treat technical personnel like they are in high school (mandatory start times, etc) pay is pretty insulting raises are small and handled poorly (in lump sum amounts rather than actual pay raises) good job if you have no ambition and just want to paycheck
