Pros

Some coworkers were supportive, hardworking, and genuinely cared about patients and each other during difficult circumstances.

Cons

My experience was deeply disappointing. I dealt with unfair workload expectations, unequal treatment, and a workplace culture that did not feel supportive or fair. When concerns were raised, HR and Ethics did not feel like resources for employees. Instead, they seemed more focused on protecting the organization than addressing legitimate staff concerns. Long-term contributions did not feel valued, communication was poor, and leadership appeared disconnected from the day-to-day reality employees were carrying. For a large institution, the retirement and long-term benefits were also disappointing and did not feel competitive.
