Decent salary, nice ambiance. Do tend to get bonuses about 3 times a year. Good cafeteria with discount. Very nice gym and health programs.
Cons
Decent salary, but other facilities in the medical center offer competitive pay, short staffing can be an issue. Unreal expectations with assignments at times.
