Pros

great benefit package and employee perks at the staff level

Cons

The senior leadership wants to "lead" medicine but they are so far behind it's ridiculous! Try to tackle too many things at once and can't get any of them right....not even the basics. Senior management doesn't listen to employees....just do what they want to and often end up in a tailspin when trying to implement new initiatives. Senior management is dysfunctional and don't work together....that attitude is spread to the staff and evident in their work as well. Management is too caught up in meeting benchmark standards regardless of how they get there. The inside is definitely not all it's hyped up to be.

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
