      Good staff who cares about employees. Low turnover in PT

      Cons

      Not much other than you have to park in a remote parking lot and take the bus or train to work adding another 12 minutes to and from work commute each day

      Advocates for obtaining certifications while providing assistance to cover cost, quarterly trainings to maintain patient safety and provide quality care across the hospital system
