Pros
The work is very satisfying because you are directly impacting others' well-being. There are lots of smart, interesting co-workers around the hospital.
Cons
Houston Methodist is right in the center of the texas Medical Center which makes it hard to get to work. The hiring process takes too long and HR is very slow to do their jobs.
