      Great benefits, make you feel like they are a family valued company with their ICARE values and bonuses

      Cons

      They don't care. They make you interview for a position you already had for years, never tell you in advance or gave their employees notice of higher credentialing needed to do their jobs. No caring whatsoever was displayed.

      No cons, love this company and our team. Maybe just the field of physical therapy there’s no advancement really but that’s a profession issue.
