Business Outlook
Pros
Many friendly coworkers throughout the workplace. Amazed at the number of 20+ years employees. Good benefits and pay for my field of work. Free gym, decent parking, unusual services like acupuncture and massage available in the wellness department and discounted food at the various cafeteria settings in the system.
Cons
Can be stressful in some positions because of understaffing or poor immediate management. No hospital based CEs, or funds for outside CE offerings, for non-clinical personnel.
