good work life balance. PACU is not very stressful. The patients are mostly pleasant. The company is the best to work for with competitive pay and great benefits and bonuses.

In PACU when we have low census we get flexed off having to use PTO or no pay. Which has happened more recently now for 2 years using up to 4 hours PTO weekly to make 36
