      Pros

      It's a great place to get started post bachelors. You'll learn so much and have the opportunity to experience what its like to be part of a team that conducts top level research.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that good. RA1-2 is only a 5k difference and that's if they give you the promotion. The growth potential is very low for this type of work.

      Pros

      Advocates for obtaining certifications while providing assistance to cover cost, quarterly trainings to maintain patient safety and provide quality care across the hospital system

      Cons

      Hard to transfer to other departments
