Cons

Barely any breaks, micromanagement, no proper training so basically you're just pulling information out of your butt. Team member not knowing what they're even doing. When you try to seek for help, it takes days for a response from someone.

Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

Cons

Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
