It is a great place to earn experience and has a lot of scenarios you could learn from for future nursing students or even future hospital staff. It is also a good opportunity to build your connections.

Honestly not really a downside because your signing up to volunteer so obviously your not getting payed but that’s what you sign up for so I wouldn’t consider it.
