Great benefits and pay but workload is a little much - Patient Service Representative Houston Methodist Employee Review

The work load for PSRs is alot. I dont mind working hard but at times it feels like you are being taken advantage of. Upper management/operations common quotes is "figure it out". I feel upper management is out of touch when it comes to what's going on in the physician offices/clinic flow. You definitely earn your higher pay with Methodist. They are big on tardiness and call ins!
