      -Caseload is far more manageable compared to other insurance providers. - Upper management is very transparent and understanding of a CC's role and caseload -Managers are thoughtful and always willing to help

      -Pay can be better -Some difficulty growing within the company

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Cons

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
