      I thought the overall system of the internship was well-designed with an intern leader (functionally your manager), Early Career Champion (helps with internship logistics related to your department), and mentor

      Cons

      I wasn't the biggest fan of the program-enforced Hackathon.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
