Ample opportunities to apply for new openings within the company. They do like to hire from within.
Cons
Workload. With layoffs over the past 2 years, the employees who are left carry the work of missing resources. There aren't enough bodies to complete the work needed. Process is disorganized and disjointed because leadership did provide guidance and frameworks for how work gets done. You are left to figure it out it out and escalate. Your experience largely will depend on what department you are in and your leader, however the impacts of not backfilling roles and layoffs make it impossible to be successful.
