      Pros

      Humana itself is a GREAT company to work for. They have great benefits and their vision is great.

      Cons

      Humana management does not typically know what the job entails of the people they are managing. Humana is reducing it's FTE's in turn creating a large sum of work for the remaining FTE's.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cons

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
