Pros
If this were two years ago I could give a whole lot of Pros. However until Humana finishes this downward spiral/ transition its going through there are no Pros
Cons
Humana is downsizing. They are laying off a lot of employees. This position used to be the best. Now they want to put tracking devices on your phone. Cut your schedule in half. They are actually moving salaried employees to hourly pay WOW. I would say that's better than being laid off. But at least if you're laid off you get a severance package.
