Pros
Nice people and at times a fun work environment. There is usually unlimited overtime during AEP, which can make for a lucrative season.
Cons
There is no continuity. Protocol changes on what appears to be practically a daily basis. There is very little room for advancement and raises are usually non-existent. Management is terrible and you are treated like a number, not a person. Please do yourself a favor, in that is you are interested in selling insurance, go to any other company than this one!
