      Onboarding program, work-life balance, friendly people

      Cons

      Health insurance premium is inexpensive but the deductible and out of pocket max are very high. Some Divisions allow their associates to work from home while other do not leading to inconsistencies.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
