A pay check and good people to work with.
Cons
No Good health benefits are give to employees. If you are single with a child or children, the best benefit they have to offer is $300 a month in premium, $30-$40 copay and $3500 deductable before any claims is paid. They have absolutely no respect for their employees. Management don't care. They are there physically to get their big checks and bonuses..
