      Pros

      I worked for Humana for 5 years, and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was my first corporate job and I learned a lot during my time there. The direct leaders are extremely supportive, and help their employees grow professionally.

      Cons

      The top leaders are only concerned with growing "the business". Which means associates that no longer fit into the vision become expendable.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
