      Working from home is a pro

      Cons

      Unorganized training Bad communication between leaders Not willing to grow There is a bully/leader who gets away with takking down to others Programs always crashing When I first applied to Humana I thought i would be working for a well established organized company. Trust me they run like a call center in the Philippines. Please apply for other jobs until they get it together.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
