      Pros

      Very employee friendly, consumer centered, wellness minded company! Great PTO policy (3 weeks), 125% 401k match, and above average pay. Very well run company...upper management has positioned the company for long term success, even with the changes in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      Can be political, however, no more than any other big company.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
