Pros
You get paid a lot of money and the benefits are wonderful. They allow flex hours and work from home, and if you can keep your head down, you will be golden.
Cons
The middle management is the biggest problem in this company. The corporation preaches engagement and work-life balance, but the reality is that you will be working a lot o f hours. if you have to take FMLA or maternity leave, it is a hit to your career. If you are creative and want to try new things, you will be seen as a problem child. Just go in, do the bare minimum, collect your paycheck, and go home. Anything else will hurt you.
