Pros
Most people here are well-treated, at least with regard to day-to-day interactions.
Cons
The company says they want to retain people and have engaged "associates", but then they pay low salaries and tiny raises for the talent they have. Benefits are very poor, considering they're the ones providing the insurance. I am actively looking for another opportunity.
