      Pay, wfh, overtime availability, team bonds

      Cons

      I realize it’s not a company trait to expect… caring about your employees but here- I have never felt so insignificant, so unreciprocated in what I have given. And the lack of trust inspires little faith and has the opposite effect they must’ve meant. I’m sorry but keep a foot out the door lest you find yourself out for no reason. I live in fear.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
