      Decent benefits and discounts, work at home availability

      Cons

      micromanagers, tracks movements on your work computer to the point of "idle" time. God forbid you finish your work early.

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Cons

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
