      Pros

      The best reason to work here is the pay is much higher than the average Joe can get anywhere else in Louisville

      Cons

      Management in my area is incompetent. Wait til last minute to do important things, hire the wrong people for the job, play favorites (golf buddies are promoted rather than those with actual talent)
