      Competitive wages and working conditions. Colleagues were always available for support.

      Cons

      Some narcissistic leaders. Project Managers often caught in the middle between unrealistic expectations and fiscal realities. No time to celebrate project completion because of multiple simultaneous projects. IT department switching to Agile/SAFE with no clear path forward for PMs.
