Pros
Decent advancement opportunities, fast growth, job security, clear expectations, benefits and pay are inline with averages for the area. Nice workplace and good people
Cons
growth has outpaced employment, so expect to work mandatory overtime. This is issue is being worked on, but has been worked on for the last 6 months or so, with little change. However, in this economy, one shouldn't complain too loudly about being too busy and having too much work... but how many months do you want to put in 50+ hours weeks?
