      Able to work independently. People really want to do the right thing for the customer and make sure the are receiving the benifites and services they need

      Cons

      Individuals are not willing to take ownership of task. competing priorities and limited resources make it difficult to deliver on time. Mentoring and career guidance is exteremly limited.
