      Pros

      Great benefits esp health and dental Good people Majority of my work was from 8:30 - 5. It helped with my work life balance. Other MSA are pretty good to work with

      Cons

      Pay is below average Upper management did not addess some of the negative work conditions. There is nepotism within the upper management ranks in addition to a pretty strond old boys club that can hard to get into. Knowledge of golf and sports help alot.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cons

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
