      Pros

      Work life balance Great pay Welcoming atmosphere I have a fantastic manager! Very health conscious company Very positive. Not a lot of focusing on the negative. They focus on what you're doing well.

      Cons

      Can be hard depending on your manager (coach). Mine is very supportive but I know not everyone has that luxury. Feeling like a salesperson trying to keep people in the care management program

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
