Good benefits, training, too rigid - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Humana Employee Review

Very rigid work environment due to Federal guidelines. Customer Service policies didn't always make sense - sometimes long wait times when getting answers to questions for providers. Long provider calls - four hour calls with 28 claims to asist with. Needed to stay on call even if shift ended. Call quality when working with international clients could be difficult at times.
