Pros

Corporate campus in Louisville is incredible!

Cons

Corporate culture has always been to get the job, show up and then be lost for 2 weeks minimum. Most leaders do not have a clue what to do for you, because they were lost coming into their roles. It’s the uncomfortable running joke in Humana for over a decade. Leaders are chosen by loyalty. Several programs within Humana help to hire, elevate & promote based on demographics over experience. This merely spreads the inadequate talent into neighboring depts. as those demographics prevent firing. Leaders are toxic, bullies & sexual predators. HR protects leaders, not employees under these conditions. Reporting an issue to HR about your manager, will get a meeting with your manager for you to discuss your issue. You have no HR support as an employee. Organization changes frequently, which causes over hiring that results in mass layoffs, repeatedly. And there are NO leaders standing up for your job security.

Pros

- some desire for modernization

Cons

Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
