      Flexible schedule for many positions, healthy lifestyle focus. Pay is good for Louisville.

      Cons

      Top down IT management focused on achieving metrics that have no meaning to company goals or reality. Health insurance is all high deductible and is expensive unless you are in a low paid position and then they subsidize it more.
