Pros
Nice environment, good operating systems and "how to's" ... Fellow staff and managers were pleasant to work with.
Cons
This Hyatt Place was a franchise and therefore did not come with benefits at normal corporate-owned properties such as free hotel night stays or uniforms provided and cleaned by the hotel. The Gallery Host had to a multitude of tasks including making hamburgers and other food items for guests and all sorts of things beyond a normal front desk agent position. Tips could occasionally be earned from guests but not to be counted on.
