Pros
-The company prides themselves on customer service. -They hard try to convey the importance of having happy employees. -Everyone is extremely friendly and there is a strong team atmosphere. -There is a great emphasis on fun and not taking yourself too seriously
Cons
This is a service industry job and therefore the pay is not great. During slow times hours are cut and during busy times you are expected to work a lot of overtime.
