Good upper leadership and company values. Good stepping stone for moving into other careers.
Cons
It is nearly impossible to strike a stable work-life balance. Much of your life will be demanded at work. Lower and middle management have no sense of calm under stressing circumstances. They tend to panic and as a result lash out at the "Rank-&-File" employees, often in full view of customers.
