      The company really seemed to care about its employees. They were well taken care of, given incentives, given reasons to grow and the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      People really like their jobs so it was hard to grow since there was no available positions.

      Mass layoffs was a huge issue as that is why I am no longer with the company.
