Pros
If you can get on full time, benefits are great. They kept a good schedule, and onsite laundry for uniforms is amazing.
Cons
Mismanagement of resources, backstabbing and lying HR department, management rotated constantly. Good managers were promoted away. Huge glass ceiling unless you had a friend above you to help out.
