Pros
Hyatt is very forward thinking and always looking for new ideas and ways to do things that have been done the same way for a long time. They also gave great care for their employees and express it well.
Cons
Negotiating salary after you’ve been with the company for a long time is very difficult. There are many long term employees, which is great and speaks well about the company, however the longer you stay the more you can get caught in the rotation so major increases are often only offered with new roles that require relocation.
