Pros

Most in upper management care about line level employees (some dont), depending on department, make sure you go into your interview prepared to do digging and asking a LOT of questions. Middle management is great 95% of the time - and they really do care. HR tries their best to make working there bearable. Somewhat flexible dresscode (jeans day everyday!)

Cons

Make sure you know what you are worth (market salary) before you go into the interview. Some departments will pay very low, some will pay market, depending how much pull upper management has in that department. Getting what you need from IT is like pulling teeth, the company is super-stingy so don't expect more than 2% raise any year no matter how much money the company makes. Its a very political atmosphere, lots of backstabbing, you will feel like you are on an endless episode of "House of Cards". Serious lack of ethics on the part of upper management. Everyone is overworked. You will be too.
