      Hyatt generally has a great culture Great benefits 12 comp nights per year + colleague rate Very cool hotel locations/collections globally

      Cons

      Does not have competitive salary (they push their benefits) Mostly all properties I have worked for have been short-staffed in sales and event planning

      Mass layoffs was a huge issue as that is why I am no longer with the company.
